That’s right, Gforce Engineering now backs our axles with a Lifetime warranty.
We are so confident in our products and the fact that we very rarely get anything back for warranty that we decided to go to a Lifetime warranty. The Lifetime warranty is for the original purchaser of the product, if the product is transferred to another owner then it reverts back to a 2 year warranty from date of original purchase.
Our axles are made for the guys that are really cranking out big power.
Our axles and stubs are made from a high alloy aerospace steel similar to 300m but with added materials to give it better torsional twisting abilities then 300m.
You wont find a stronger axle on the market!
You’ll notice we use a billet outer stub and our heavy duty cv joint instead of a stock replacement type outer stub/cv like the competition.
GM developed the anti wheel-hop technology years ago and we have refined it to eliminate wheel with our axles. This has been very successful for us in the GTO, CTS-V, G8 and Camaro markets.
Our proven anti wheel-hop technology in our axles ensures you get rid of your wheel hop when bolting on a set of Gforce axles.
The left hand axle is a regular diameter while the right hand axle is an increased diameter axle. The design and material we use is what stops the wheel hop.
Our axles get our custom built cv joints that are built in house and use 4340 heavy duty cv cages and high alloy center races, we then heat treat them to our special aerospace heat treat process that you wont find any where else in the industry.
We can also up-grade the cv joints to use our super duty 300m polished cages, you wont find this feature any where but from Gforce Engineering, see options below.
Another feature you will find in Gforce axles are our 28 spline axles and cv joints. If your comparing 28 spline to 30 spline then you have to consider this.
A 28 spline cv center star has more material then a 30 spline cv joint. Thus making the 28 spline cv joint stronger by design.
After testing and analyzing the 30 spline cv joints on the market we found they were the same as a 28 spline cv joint except the center star was opened up to 30 spline. Opening up the center to 30 spline makes the center star weaker.
The only way to make a larger spline cv is to go with a larger cv joint that is designed for a larger axle as we have done with our 33 spline outlaw 1800hp axles. (Call for details)
We have had excellent luck with our 28 spline axles and cv joints due to the fact that we use a high alloy material similar to 300m but with better torsional twisting properties.
